Do you ship internationally?

Do you offer afterpay?

Yes, after pay is available for all Australian and New Zealand customers.

What currency will my order be charged in?

All pricing will be charged in AUD.

Can I change my order once I have placed it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to orders once they are placed. If you do need to update your address, we recommend contacting the courier directly. 

Returning Items & Faulty/Missing Items

I still haven’t received my item

If your item is delayed for an extended period and you haven’t received an update from the courier, please contact the courier directly to open an investigation. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is the courier's responsibility to get the package to you.

How do I care for my swim?

To ensure the longevity of your swimwear, please follow the care instructions as stated on each piece. Always hand wash your swim with cold water and leave it to dry in the shade. Do not machine wash or tumble dry your Theola pieces. Also ensure you rinse off with fresh, cold water after being at the beach or in chlorine.
