RETURNS

For all non-sale items, you will be provided with an option to exchange the product or receive a store credit. All sale items are final sale.

Ensure your product/s meet the below requirements to be approved:
⁃ Item/s must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
⁃ Item/s must be returned in its original packaging unworn, unwashed and must
have the original hygiene sticker intact.
⁃ The item must be in resalable condition. If product is damaged in any way, the
product will not be accepted.
We currently do not offer free returns, shipping costs to send the product are to be covered by the customer. All returned products are the customers property and remain their responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
If you are unsure what size to get, please refer to our size chart or alternatively email contact@theolathelabel.com and we will get back to you within 24-72 hours. Please note during sale periods and new collection drops, this timeframe may be slightly longer.

Please note, it could take up to two weeks upon our warehouse receiving your return to inspect the items and issue a store credit or exchange. 


FAULTY ITEM
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we will provide you with a refund.
Please send photo evidence to contact@theolathelabel.com. If your claim is justified you
will receive a full refund.
